Every reading measures two things together: how many words per minute and how much of the text was understood. Multiply them and you get Reading Power. Speeding up without understanding earns nothing; if understanding drops, the pace eases by itself.

A 2-minute reading
Start without an account. After a few quick questions your child reads a short text and answers 3 questions. There is no right or wrong; we just find the starting point.

A personal goal
The goal comes from your child’s own reading, not a grade table. Slower starters get a bigger leap; if the goal is reached early, it rises.

10 minutes a day
A warm-up game, a new text written around their interests, comprehension questions and word cards. Different every day, always at their level.

FAQ
Questions parents ask
What ages is it for?
Grades 1 to 9 (ages 6–15). New readers start in fluency mode, fluent readers in speed-and-understanding mode; the switch is decided by the weekly checks.
How much time per day?
We suggest 10 minutes. During setup you can pick 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes and the program length adapts.
Is this a “speed reading” gimmick?
No. Speed alone is never rewarded. Reading Power multiplies speed by understanding; if understanding drops, the goal eases. We make no exaggerated speed claims.
Which languages?
Turkish, English, Spanish, German, French and Arabic. Children can switch reading language on the home screen; each language keeps its own progress.
Is my child’s voice recorded?
Reading aloud is turned into text to find which words need practice and is not stored by default. A parent can opt in to keep recordings; they are deleted within 24 hours.
How do I use it on the web?
Click “Sign in” on zoomread.app and scan the QR code with ZoomRead on your phone; the same account opens on the web. Email and password also work.
I have more than one child.
The family plan covers up to 5 children. Each child has their own profile, language, goal and report.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
Is there an Android app?
The Android version is on its way. Until then, you can use the web version on Android phones and tablets.
