The service

ZoomRead (“the app”) is provided by PEAK SALES DİJİTAL PAZARLAMA SATIŞ VE DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ.. It offers short daily reading sessions, weekly measurements and reports for children in grades 1–9. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You must be an adult (18+) to create an account. You are responsible for your password and for the child profiles you add. One family account can hold up to 5 child profiles.

Free plan and subscription

The free plan includes the first measurement and 3 full sessions per week. The ZoomRead family subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) removes the weekly limit for every child profile on the account.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your store account settings (iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or the account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

What we promise and what we do not

ZoomRead measures reading fluency and comprehension every week and shows progress separately from the growth school brings. We aim for a measurable difference in 8–12 weeks, but results depend on the child and are not guaranteed. ZoomRead does not diagnose or treat any learning difficulty and is not a substitute for a teacher or a specialist.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, disrupt our servers, copy our content at scale, or upload textbook photos you are not allowed to use for personal study.

Content

Reading texts, audio and exercises belong to ZoomRead or its licensors and are for personal, non-commercial use within the app. Texts created from your own textbook photo stay private to your child’s profile.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Parent area → Settings → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change or stop features; if we stop the service we will tell you in advance.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: [email protected].
